The items of the mass plan framework of GHG emission reduction verification program and standardization are proposed as follows based o the study of this work: 1.To ensure the objectives and visions of ROC ‘s standardization of the GHG emission reduction verification program. 2. To establish the administration management mechanism for an inter-departmental/sectoral coordination of standardization of the GHG emission reduction verification program. 3. To develop the relative standards and guidelines of ROC’s GHG emission management. 4. To establish ROC’s GHG emission accreditation/certification integration management scheme. 5. Training programs for the GHG emission reduction verification personnel. 6. Introduction, development and promotion of GHG emission reduction verification technologies. 7. To enhance the promotion of the voluntary GHG emission reduction program and relative council scheme. 8. To conduct the short, mid and long term nation/department and department/entity GHG emission verification program. 9. To conduct the registration and evaluation of verification bodies. 10. To cultivate international environmental protection personnel for international experience exchange and sharing.
